I bought the whole series of books, and the characters are great, the books are entertaining, but I like more investigation, science, clues, etc., and less chasing, being chased, shooting, fighting and getting klunked in the head. Really, if any one person was abducted, klunked, stabbed, or shot at as often as these folks from this small suburb of Atlanta, CNN would be all over them as magnets for danger. It's just not believable. So if you just read one book, it's great, but when you read the series, it's really too much trouble for one team. I do love the characters, however, and it was fun to follow them and see them evolve.Product details

I didn't like this series when I read the first book but they certainly got better the more I read.
I started this series last year and enjoy following Diane Fallon and her team. It’s always an adventure. I put Beverly Connor among my favorite authors. If you like series mystery you will enjoy reading these books.
All Beverly Connor's books are entertaining reads. The Lindsay Chamberlain series is equally good. I have read them all and started over.
I think I have reviewed previous books by Beverly Connor and my only complaint is they are so good that it's hard to put them down.
this series is worth the read - start at the beginning and you'll be hurrying thru to the last one
Lots of suspects, plenty of suspense and gripping till the end.
Beverly Connor always writes in great detail. You feel like you are right there with her characters. I love forensic science and this one does not dissapoint.
