I heard about this book from a friend,and I would recommend it to others. It is definitely a book that women would like more than men would like (I'm a man, btw). It follows the relationships and feelings of a strong woman as she negotiates her middle aged flings and more. In the beginning I found it a bit challenging to get into, but it pulled me in to itself and became a real page turner. It takes some surprising turns and inspires the reader to stay connected. It is a good starting novel for Ms Remis. I will look forward to her next outing.Product details

I love a book with a strong female character, and Maggie definitely has this trait. Tons of personality! There was enough light suspense to make the book hard to put down...just when you think you have things figured out, the plot takes a turn. I enjoyed taking a look into other character's perspectives as the story moved along, as well. One drawback there are a few revisions that need to be made, likely due to book being self published.
I loved this book because it made me laugh, it made my heart ache, and it made me reflect on the past loves in my life. I would highly recommend this book!
I loved the story line in this book. It has very interesting and believable characters with whom we could all relate in some way. Lots of twist that made if difficult to put down. Captivating and enjoyable read. Can't wait to read something else by Suzie Remis.
I am a teacher and I am always looking for good books to read over breaks. My friend gave this book over Christmas vacation, and it was perfect! It was enjoyable and easy to read. I finished it in two days. It made me laugh, and it made me cry. I love a book with a happy ending, and this is what I got!
What started out as a simple journey to a high school reunion became the most captivating story that hooks you right from Chapter One. The twists and turns of the story line makes you anxious to find out what's going to happen in the next chapter. Very easy read, full of humor and surprises. Can't wait to read another book by Suzie Remis!
